Atwoods

Atwoods is my favorite farm store within a 80 mile radius. It's big, and carries more products than your average Tractor Supply.

Bought a 9 mm handgun over a year ago took it home first shot blew up in my hand they told me it had a lifetime warranty year later they give me the old gun back I said the place was out of business but there's still selling them in their shelf and they held on to it so long they said the company was out of business which they were not a business whenever I turn the gun in I suggest don't buy any guns from atwoods in Webb City straight up ripoffs and liars

As always customer service is non existent here at Atwoods. But this particular store goes out of their way to not be helpful or friendly in any way. It was 30 min to closing time when we can in. We walked past multiple team members - with eye contact - and not a word was spoken unless spoken to. One team member walked past me, started to say "how are you doing" but then stopped mid sentence and kept walking- almost like he remembered it was near closing and he really wasn't interested in helping anyone. It was as strange and bizarre an interaction as it sounds- Alex was his name. Cassie- the cashier was just pain rude and obnoxious on the intercom. Closing time announcements began at 30 min to closing and were repeated every 5 minutes. 2 young men also decided the best place to spend their last 15 minutes was outside sitting on the bunk feeders. Store manager you've got some work to do on this team..

Love it here! The staff are always so kind! Editing to add that my toddler recently lost his monster truck inside the store and when I called the employee had it up front and ready to pick up!

Nice selection of almost everything you could want. The bathroom however was a small step above a porta potty as far as cleanliness.
